The Small Successes

How are you?? - I AM EXHAUSTED!

Quick update: it was my 16th birthday last Monday (25th Sep), and ever since I have been busy in preparing for my parties on the weekend and then I've been partying on the weekend fully packed and busy.

If anyone who attended are reading this or who were just there to support me, thank you so much for being here and making this the most memorable 16th birthday ever!

Ok, now on to today's topic: Small Successes.

I feel like, a lot of us tend to forget about the small successes in life and it has become a habit to not celebrate our small but very significant achievements.

Remember people, every victory counts, let's not dismiss our small successes as invalid as they are still quite essential to make up the amazing person you are today.

For example finally waking up on time, to finishing that painting, to acing that one test, to completing that piece of homework, to speaking to someone new, to going out of you comfort zone...I could go on and on, but the point is, everything you put effort and hard-work in, to get a desired result, deserves to be recognised and celebrated!

I agree, celebrating those huge achievements are magical, like getting into your favourite University but think about all those small wins that brought you to that position, acknowledging every success gives you a hint of positivity and motivation to keep you going and to help you strive for the ultimate goal whilst not forgetting about every achievement along the way.

Basically, celebrate everything you worked hard on, acknowledge it, and remember, your journey full of failures and successes (whether big or small) will continue however those moments when you fail or succeed will not return!

If you fail; learn a lesson from it, if you succeed; celebrate it - live a healthy and emotionally rich lifestyle..
