Helloooo Humans!!
Today I just want to talk about the importance of trying new things as well as the benefits you get from that!
We tend to get so comfortable in a thing called our 'comfort zone' that we never want to leave and honestly I understand that feeling. This zone gives you a sense of security and safety as well as the guarantee of nothing extravagant happening.
However, this so-called 'comfort zone' is a devil in disguise as it prevents you from working hard or doing anything productive or worthy. It tends to put our brains to sleep and our wit to fly high (away from us) ultimately leading us to laze around instead of finishing that one assignment that would take forever to complete or that one topic that is difficult or that one fear that limits you and prevents you from many wonderful experiences in life.
I have personally been through all three of these types of comfort zone traps and it is not easy to get out of this sticky situation but the more you push yourself the better! You'll never get nothing from trying whether it be a lesson you learn or a huge achievement you earn..
Challenges are hard to face and overcome for a reason - I realised this every time I overcame something; overcoming one little fear or conquering that subject you hated is awesome, but that's not where you stop, each challenge you face and win is a step to the next level and each challenge's intensity increases but that's to train us and get us working for the real world. We don't stop with one challenge, we thrive and move on.
As my mum says that your teens are your training period, we often encounter difficult task to brighten and sharpen our minds, skills and personality - so embrace this opportunity!
Nervousness is inevitable but using that same negative and weird feeling to add fuel to your burning goal will work like a charm. Use everything in your grasp as a new opportunity and possibility to something explicit.
Do not be the one waiting for the right time, instead be the one who uses your resources to make use of the time and end up in the right. Seize every chance and be the best you can.
Okkiiii that's all for this week...remember - YOU CAN DO IT!
