Today I would say I was pretty productive!
I caught up on some work that I didn't manage to do yesterday, I finished most of my work and revision I planned to do, for today and I even had some time to spare.
I would say the two main tips to take away from me when revising is to stop and drop when you loose focus or you feel like you are heading towards burning out and to work smart and not hard.
Instead of comparing yourself with other peers who told you they revise for 8-9 hours per day, think about how much you are actually learning in just 2-3 hours a day. It sounds ridiculous but if you pick out areas you need to focus on and review your learning properly; you might just be able to have a better result from revising in 2-3 hours than 8-9 hours. You also have an opportunity to focus on your mental health and well-being such as going for walks or doing some exercise and eating healthily.
So don't compare yourself and instead of working hard and being left in futility try to work smart and efficiently for an effective result.
This was a longer forum post than I intended...anyway with my spare time after posting this I will be heading out for a bit of socialising - I think I deserve it.
